2. Technical Data Assessment

Once we agree to proceed, we will request the necessary technical documentation, specifications, and input data. A thorough review of these materials allows us to accurately estimate the project's timeframe and budget.

3. Tailored Proposal & Mutual Protection

You will receive a detailed Technical Offer outlining the specific steps to solve your problem. This document includes:

• A comprehensive project roadmap
• Information on any niche-specific experts involved, while maintaining the highest standards of professional discretion
• NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement): To protect your intellectual property and ensure complete confidentiality regarding the project details and the consulting team

4. Project Execution & Milestone Control

Work begins as soon as the contracts are signed. For your financial comfort, we use a flexible payment structure:

• Large Projects: Payments are tied to specific technical milestones
• Smaller Engagements: A 10% kick-off deposit, with the remaining 90% due upon completion

5. Project Handover & Acceptance

Upon completion of the engineering tasks, we finalize the project with a Certificate of Completion (Acceptance Act). This ensures that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards and your specific requirements.

6. Post-Project Consulting Support

Our commitment doesn't end with the final report. We provide an additional consulting support period after project completion to answer any follow-up questions and ensure the smooth implementation of our solutions.
